In a groundbreaking initiative aimed at fostering peace and empowering youth, Salaam Junub has unveiled the Peace Hub center Take Tea Together (TTT) at the Gurei Peace Tree Club. At the launch event, Bush Buse, the Executive Director of Salaam Junub, highlighted the pivotal role of the hub in creating a social ecosystem that connects young people to become catalysts for positive change in their communities.
The Peace Hub center will serve as a platform for youth development, mediation, dialogues, job creation, and capacity-building activities. Through engaging discussions on topics such as health, education, innovation, entrepreneurship, and nation-building, the hub aims to equip young citizens with the skills and knowledge necessary for meaningful contributions to society.
Buse emphasized the significance of involving youth in shaping the future of the nation, underscoring the collective effort required to build a prosperous and peaceful society. The launch of the TTT Hub at Gurei Peace Tree represents a crucial milestone in empowering the younger generation to take charge and lead initiatives that promote unity and progress.
The establishment of this Peace Hub center was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Salaam Junub, USA for Africa, 641M, and the members of Gurei Peace Tree Club. Together, they have set the stage for a legacy of youth-driven transformation and community resilience.
