South Sudan’s Senior Men’s National Team Begins AFCON Preparations

The South Sudan Senior Men’s National Team has kicked off their training in preparation for the upcoming AFCON Preliminary Games. The team commenced their training at Buluk Playground this week, gearing up for the crucial matches against Soa Tome and Principes scheduled for the 20th and 26th of March.

With 24 players called up for the national team, the training began with 16 players present at the initial session, while the remaining players currently in Juba are expected to join the team in the upcoming training sessions.

In further preparations, the team delegation is set to travel to Morocco on the 15th of next month for a preparatory camp ahead of the important fixtures. This marks an important step for the South Sudan Senior Men’s National Team as they strive to make a strong impact in the upcoming AFCON games.
