Commissioner of Juba County Takes Action to Ensure Road Safety by Removing Vendors and Car Bays from Road Sides

In a bid to enhance road safety in the bustling city of Juba, the Commissioner of Juba County, Hon Emmanuel Tete Ezbon, has issued a directive for the immediate removal of vegetable vendors, hawkers, and car bays from road sides. The commissioner stresses the importance of relocating these businesses to demarcated markets to operate safely.

Speaking at a press conference held at his office in Juba county headquarters, Commissioner Tete emphasized that this local order is crucial in reducing accidents in and around Juba city. He urged all citizens to adhere to the directive, warning that legal action will be taken against those who fail to comply.

Commissioner Tete further announced that Juba county and the Juba city council will collaborate closely to ensure the effective implementation of the order. Additionally, he called upon residents to dispose of waste properly by depositing garbage in designated locations for easy collection by the city council.
