Historic Moment as South Sudan and DRC Open National Border to Boost Business and Economy

In a groundbreaking move, the government of South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo officially opened the National Border between the two countries on Tuesday, April 16th. The Nabiapai border in DRC and the Gangura border in South Sudan were declared operational in a ceremony led by the Governor of Western Equatoria State, Lt. Gen Alfred Futuyo Karaba, and the Representative of the Congolese Government, Anza Tepe Danga.
