Transfer Update – Wau Local Football Association

Al Ghazala FC Wau has officially signed Tong Casemiro, also known as Tong Maduok, from Zalan Football Club Rumbek. The midfielder’s transfer has been confirmed.

In their continued effort to strengthen the squad, Al Ghazala FC Wau has also signed midfielder Agiu_Mabior from Salam FC of Aweil.

Transfer Update – Juba Local Football Association (JLFA)

Malakia SC, a 1st Division Club, has confirmed the signing of striker Mabior Herjok from Salaam FC Bor. The deal is for a period of four years and was finalized on Thursday, 28th December 2023. Malakia SC is delighted to have reached an agreement with Mabior Herjok to join their club.

However, Salaam FC has denied any agreement with Malakia FC Juba. SG Gabriel Alier Kuol Alier from Salaam FC questions the validity of the news and states that no deal was reached between the two clubs.

Alier mentions that other clubs have also made offers for Mabior Herjok, and he refers to SSFA General Regulations Chapter V Article 39, subject to the provision of Article 99, to highlight the alleged illegality of the transfer. He states that steps will be taken to address the situation.

In another notable transfer, Faisal Luchamba Benzema, former striker of Kator FC, has joined Huriya FC, a 2nd division club. The transfer fee remains undisclosed.

Officially confirmed, Etihad Sport Club (Juba) from the 2nd Division Club has bolstered their squad with six new players. Among them are three midfielders: Buay, Mariak, and Bullen, a striker named Parmons, and two defenders, Okot and the club legend, Adil Noah Ajib, who has returned after completing his studies in Sudan. Ajib, a center-back, played a crucial role in Etihad’s promotion from the 3rd to the 2nd division.

In the Bentiu Local Football Association Transfer Update, former forward Tor Gatluak, who previously played for El Merikh FC Bentiu, has joined their rivals, Bentiu City SC, for an undisclosed fee.

Moving on to the Juba Local Football Association Transfer Update, Nyakuron FC Juba from the 2nd Division Club has announced their squad with two new additions: Peter Langar and Elia Jada.

Paul Joseph Tombe, a former defensive midfielder for Gumbo FC, has joined VIVA STAR FC until 2027.

VIVA STAR FC has also secured the signature of goalkeeper Mahrez Fauzan Ronyo Nyolia. The 18-year-old goalkeeper, who previously played for Proline S.A, KCCA U17, and Evarest High S.A Juba, has joined the team until 2027.

AL-Rabita FC has confirmed the contract extension of their duo, midfielder Nelson Thomas (Lokman) and winger Kosta, for another four years.

Lastly, Kator Football Club has acquired the services of former ZAL ZAL FC striker Simon Kenyi Jada (Kubi) on a three-year contract. 

Malakia SC, the runners-up in the South Sudan Cup (Juba), have bolstered their squad for the second leg of the Juba Local Football Association 1st division league by acquiring former Atlabara FC Winger, Nelson Mandela. However, the details of the deal have not been disclosed by the two-time South Sudan champions.

In the Wau Local Football Association, Al Ghazala FC Wau continues to strengthen their team by signing the towering defender, Mike Odok Deng, who previously played for Hilal FC Wau and Simba FC Juba. Welcome to the new home!

In the Yambio Local Football Association – YLFA, Super Star FC Yambio’s captain, Malish Christopher Ramadan (nicknamed Good Child AkA), has been declared a free agent after the club’s management showed reluctance in negotiating a new contract with him. The player is also heavily linked with a move to several clubs, including Al Taharir FC and Rhino FC.

In the Juba Local Football Association, the South Sudan Cup (Juba) champions, Jamus FC, have extended the contract of their second-choice goalkeeper, David DVD. Additionally, Al Neiran FC has made signings of two promising young players, Reekardo Juma (aka Gakpo) and Hazard.

Transfer Update from Bor Local Football Association-BOLFA:

Super Star FC, a top-tier club, has made a significant signing by acquiring the young and talented star Simon CHOL DENG. Born in 2004, CHOL began his career in Kakuma Refugee Camp and has already achieved numerous individual awards at his age.

In 2021, Deng received his first individual award as the best midfielder while playing for Rangers FC in Division Two. In 2022, he was awarded the best right back with the same club. Deng has now signed a four-year deal with the 2023 Bor Local Football Association South Sudan Cup Winners.

Women’s Transfer Update from JLFA:

Malakia FC Juba has officially announced the signing of four female players to strengthen their current women’s team. The new signings include Mer James, Najore Margret, Sabrin Hassen, and Esther Asikadra, who will be part of the team’s plans for the 2023/2024 league.

Transfer Update from Lologo FC:

Lologo FC has secured the services of former Al Nusur Aba Zebd FC defender Khaled Abdallah Mustafa. However, no specific details regarding the transaction have been disclosed.

Malakia FC Juba’s Latest Signing:

On Friday, December 29th, 2023, Malakia FC Juba announced the signing of Anikuru Martin EDEMA for an undisclosed fee. The club is focused on strengthening their squad for the second round of the Juba Local League.

Transfer Update from Yambio Local Football Association:

Villa United Football Club in Yambio has confirmed the signing of Moses Balas John from Hard Stars FC. Moses joined the club as a free agent, with the fee remaining undisclosed.

Rumbek Local Football Association News:

Beek F.C in Rumbek has successfully signed Mayom Mourwel from Junub United. The midfielder has agreed to a three-year contract with the club.

Abyei Local Football Association Transfer Update: 

Abyei Super Eagle FC has bolstered their team by acquiring four players from Agok United FC. The new signings include Akol Albino, Bagat Nyuat, Monyjok Akuai, and Miyen Mior.

Aweil Local Football Association Transfer Update: 

Piol Muller, former striker for Zal Zal FC (Aweil) and 22 Brothers FC (Kenya) forward, has signed a six-month contract with Aweil United FC. The deal is now finalized and sealed.

Juba Local Football Association Transfer Update: 

John Ramadan MAYIK, the goalkeeper for Malakia FC Juba, may have played his last game for the Royals during the South Sudan Cup finals with Jamus Football Club. Mayik’s contract with Malakia SC Juba expired this year, and reports suggest that the club is hesitant to renew it. There are rumors linking him to a move to Jamua FC and Kator Football Club. His final destination will likely be determined soon.

Official: Former Kator FC Midfielder Rami Baika has joined JLFA 2nd division club Huriya FC on a two-year deal. Baika is a great addition if your club is in need of a winger who can score goals and provide assists. Another player to consider is Emmanuel Seferiuo Okolok Eju, also known as Van Persie, who is currently a free agent. The left-footed former Etihad SC winger can be a valuable asset for any club.

Yambio Local Football Association – YLFA Update: 

Villa United Football Club-Yambio-SSD, a top-tier club, has confirmed that they have extended the contract of their veteran player, Justine Gomes.
